Backpacks, pens, pencils, binders, notebooks and other supplies are littering every aisle of every store, making you face the reality that summer is coming to a close and school is almost in session.
As summer vacation wraps up for students, we can’t help but reflect on the previous school year as well as the upcoming one.
At CPI, our mission isn’t just to help you save money on college or get into the school of your choice, it’s about helping students (and parents) find out who they are, where their strengths lie and helping them to be the very best versions of themselves.
All of this is a process, not an event. We want to help you walk through not just the college planning process, but growing up. Not just financial aid forms, but learning about you really are. Not just scholarship applications, but help you identify your strengths, so you can find a career you will love.
That’s not to say that these things aren’t extremely important and we love creating resources that help as needed, but discovering and learning who you really are is critical. We want to support you in that journey. We’re thrilled to help with everything from admissions to scholarships, yet helping you identify your strengths and a meaningful lifetime career advocation, both personally and financially, is our passion.
Our entire process though is built on one thing: caring about you as a person and wanting to see you succeed as much as you want to. The greatest gift we have is our investment in future generations. Its why our entire process is built on one thing: relationships. We care about you as a person and want to support you in maximizing your own definition of success.
Because our process is people-centric, we care about the things that you do and we want to know how we can help you more. We are obsessed with how we can help you have more of the best of what you want!
More than College Planning
While college planning is extremely important and something we are very passionate about, it’s not the only thing that you as a student, or as a parent need support with. Maybe you’re wondering about some of these things:
As a student…
How do I determine what I’m good at?
What are my strengths/weaknesses?
How do I determine what to do with my future?
How can I begin to develop as a leader now?
As a parent…
How do I help my student determine the right path, without getting in the way?
What types of healthy boundaries can I put in place that will help for their future?
How do I encourage them, without being demanding?
How can I empower them to be their best and to take ownership of their life?
